The room was comfortable, it had cozy bed with 2 single beds. The location was pleasant everywhere in Dubrovnik requires walking up hills or stairs as the country is built on hills, and had everything you needed. The host made my stay decent.

Thank you for a fine stay, loved it. The venue has good sized and reasonably large rooms and absolutely perfect location close to a bus station. It has sea views and you can use a kettle and a toaster.

The people working there are amiable and pleasant, have a big heart. It has stunning setting on a staired walking path.

Intimate place, loved being there. It had peaceful location, within 15 minutes walk from Gruz Open Market. The view was absolutely stunning, and we were located down the hill.

Its location was indeed handy, near to bus stop to Old Town or to bus terminal. The room was huge and spotless, guests can use a kettle and a toaster. I thoroughly enjoyed the owner.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Dubrovnik next to Lapad, and the shops and lapad promenade. The staff were very amiable here. The room was great-sized with a kettle and a toaster. Private bathroom was nice.

It was located in a nice enough area really close to the bus stop to the old city, the shops, restaurants and beach and the main promenade where there is a large choice of restaurants, many of which are good and very good value for money,.

Down the hill, there are several restaurants and shops where you can enjoy a meal or do some shopping. the bus terminal is conveniently located just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area.

The wifi was very temperamental and didn't work well in our room.

The hotel provided us with climate control and a kitchen in the room. Overall it was a wonderful stay...

Djuro, the proprietor, is very helpful and accommodating, even giving us an orientation talk, map & tourist guide on arrival! Rooms are clean and spacious, free wireless is best received down by pool. Balcony has view over Gruz harbour. Neighbourhood is very quiet. 10min walk to supermarket / main drag, 15-20min to Beach, 10min bus ride to Old Town.

Good communication from property. Relaxing pool. Short walk to beach, restaurants, and shop. Excellent value with easy access to Old Town.

The balcony of our room overlooked the bay, the vies were spectacular and the complex also had a pool which was well kept. You were very close to the bus stop and the owner was extremely helpful.

The steps going up to the complex were numerous and were very steep.
